  • Against Métis claims based in Powley (circa 2011), as they’ve stated that FN govern territory first and foremost.
  • Represented 30 locals in 2007 (25 active).
  • 20 of its 25 active locals at the time were formed in 2004 or later (post-Powley).
  • From 2001-2005, increased from 1 to 10 orgs.
  • Post-Powley (2005-2008) they added another 15 locals.
  • Unclear about its current governance structure/locals, as it has been in lots of internal turmoil since 2016.
